• Business Analyzer: business name, email address, business type, revenue scale, team size, operational bottlenecks, and region — used to generate a personalised AI operations blueprint.
• Discovery session bookings: name, email, and any details shared via Cal.com when you book a call.
• Enquiry emails: name and email when you contact us directly.

We do not collect payment information on this website. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising networks.

• To generate and deliver the personalised AI operations blueprint you requested.

4. Where we store your data

Information submitted through the Business Analyzer is stored in Notion (our internal CRM), hosted on Notion's secure servers. Cal.com stores booking data on their infrastructure. Both services are covered by their own privacy policies.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

• Upstash Redis — for rate limiting API requests (IP addresses only, not stored long-term).
